Permission for appliance of technical tools (also known as: Permission for appliance; Permission of ROSTEKHNADZOR (Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Supervision) of the Russian Federation and etc.) – is a document confirming correspondence of equipment (technical devise, material) including equipment of foreign manufacture to the requirements in the sphere of industrial safety and permits appliance (exploitation) of such equipment at hazardous production facilities under supervision of Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Supervision of the Russian Federation (ROSTEKHNADZOR).
Industrial Safety Expert Review
Industrial Safety Expert Review - evaluation of compliance of the object of expertise with the requirements of industrial safety applicable to it, the result of which is the conclusion.
Object of Expertise - is project documentation, technical equipment, buildings and constructions on hazard production facility, industrial safety declarations and other documents connected with exploitation of hazard production facility?
Conclusion of Expert Review – is a document, containing valid conclusions with regard to correspondence or non correspondence of the object of the expertise to industrial safety requirements, necessary upon receipt of permission for application of FSETAS (the present permission is endowed with recommendation character in the legislation, but in accordance with the common practice the regulatory bodies require obligatory receipt of such conclusion).
System of Industrial Safety Expert Review - is an assembly of participants of the Industrial Safety Expert Review and norms, rules, methods, conditions, criteria and procedures within the frameworks of which the expert review is organized and performed.
Expert Organization – is an organization, possessing a license of FSETAS of the Russian Federation for performance of industrial safety expert review in accordance with the applicable legislation.
